Almost all of our events, gatherings & retreats are held in English.

While some gatherings (like sisterhood picnics) are women-only, The Reconnect Collective is for everyone who resonates with our values of authenticity, community, and creativity. Each event will specify if it’s open to all or designed for a specific group.
This community was originally created for people in their 20’s and young people somewhere in between the age range of 16-35, but this of course doesn’t mean that anyone older or even younger cannot participate. Always make sure to read the minimum or maximum age range in the event descriptions! As this collective grows, we are incredibly keen to plan more and more for different groups of people.
-
We’re still in the early stages of creation here and we have big dreams and plans. It is incredibly important for us to take things slow and to grow this collective sustainably, softly and slowly. For now, most of our events are in Vienna, but it won’t always stay this way. We are steadily expanding and growing, so just stay on the look-out. Retreats and Group-Trips are being held all throughout Europe & worldwide.
You are a host living somewhere else in this world and love what we do? Reach out to us and maybe we can collaborate or make something work!
-
It depends on the event, the refund policy can usually be found in the event description. Sometimes it is not available to get a refund, especially at smaller gatherings and events, since there’s a lot of planning and organising that we have to do beforehand and can’t adjust to last-minute cancellations refunds.

We usually take videos and photographs at all of our events, retreats & gatherings UNLESS it’s a very intimate space. We aim to not film people in very vulnerable states. Us taking videos and photos is super important for us, because this way, we can ensure that more people find this collective and feel comfortable to join future events. Through capturing the vibes and essence of our events, others can see what goes on and are more likely to be a part of the community as well! Also we love capturing moments simply for the joy of art and memory-keeping for all of the participants ☼
By booking your ticket or attending an event, you automatically agree with being on photos or videos for our social medias/marketing. The videos/photos are used for our website, social media & other marketing purposes for this collective.
If it’s a very intimate event, especially ones that include deep inner healing practices or vulnerable states, then we usually refrain from taking any videos or photos unless we specifically say otherwise beforehand. In intimate spaces we always make sure to communicate everything beforehand and not being in the photos/videos can be arranged!
Within women’s circles and intimate speaking circles, everything that you speak and say is 100% confidential and will NEVER be recorded or posted anywhere.

This applies to retreats & group-trips and other events where food may play a role
Yes! The founder (Amelie) has celiac, so if she brings snacks, they are almost always 100% gluten-free. We try our absolute best to make events & gatherings inclusive for everyone, especially for people with food-intolerances or other food-preferences.
-
Yes! We understand that not everyone thrives in large, high-energy social settings and to be honest, neither do we. Our events are intentionally designed to be comfortable and natural. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to belong here—you just have to be you. A big value here for us is the reconnection to nature, so a lot of our events are held very close to or in nature, which we believe is the ultimate best recharging & comfort space for introverts as well.
-
Absolutely! Most people attend solo. Our events, retreats and gatherings are designed for genuine connection with like-minded people. It doesn’t matter if you’re a little bit socially awkward, introverted or nervous before coming! It’s completely normal, and wow let me tell you, it feels so rewarding after!
-
Yes! While our focus is on offline experiences, we want the connections to keep going when the event ends. We’re creating an exclusive online space where past attendees can stay in touch, plan their own meetups, and continue conversations.
For now, there’s a What’s App group that people can join after attending to stay in contact :)
